The location is easy to find and a Spar shop next to the hotel. Great breakfast. Rooms spacious, clean, really nice. Great for solo travels or families. Graz is really close. Big parking in front of the hotel. Everyone from the family was really satisfied. Would recommend, 10/10

Amazing location in the heart of Vienna. 2. Amani the receptionist lady who checked us in was super friendly and nice! The best we had during our entire stay in Austria. And we can give her 10/10 for her exceptional service in showing us the room, how to use the tablet in the room. Air conditioning and TV, mini bar all free. Super super nice and friendly. Gave us many tips and maps on what to do in Vienna. She’s the best service staff I have met in Europe. 3. Conceirge was helpful as well in helping us with the luggages and calling for a van to the airport.
